1. Who we are
WisHomeBuyers (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Wisconsin real estate investment business based in West Bend, Wisconsin. We purchase residential property directly from owners. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent, attorney, tax advisor or financial advisor.
2. Cash offers are not binding until a contract is signed
Any offer, estimate, calculator result or price range provided on the Website, by phone, by text or by email is for information only and is not a binding agreement to buy or sell. A purchase happens only when you and we both sign a written purchase agreement, which will set out the price, closing date and all other terms. Either party may decline to proceed at any time before signing. Offers may be revised after we view the property or learn new information about it.
3. Website information
The Website describes how our process typically works and includes general information about selling a house in Wisconsin. It is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Timelines such as “offer within 24 hours” and “close in as little as 7 days” describe what is typically achievable when we have the information we need and title is clear; they are not guarantees for every property.
